Integrated People Development Association (IPDA) is a registered non-profit organization established in 1995 and headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. For over three decades, IPDA has been committed to promoting sustainable community development through impactful programs across Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.
Our organization works extensively in Chennai, Tiruvallur, and several other districts, focusing on improving the quality of life of economically disadvantaged and marginalized communities. We believe that lasting change is achieved by creating opportunities that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and promote inclusive development.
IPDA is dedicated to empowering rural communities, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), women, youth, children, and senior citizens through integrated development initiatives. Our interventions go beyond providing immediate assistance by addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality through sustainable, community-driven solutions.

About the Founder
Mr. A. Kumar, B.Sc., M.A. (Sociology) is the Founder and Chief Functionary of the Integrated People Development Association (IPDA). A dedicated social development leader, he has devoted his life to serving marginalized communities and promoting sustainable rural development.
With strong grassroots engagement, Mr. Kumar has built lasting relationships with rural communities, enabling IPDA to design and implement need-based development programs that create meaningful and sustainable change. His leadership is driven by a deep commitment to social justice, community participation, and inclusive development.
Mr. Kumar served as the Panchayat President of Koduveli Panchayat, Ellapuram Block, Tiruvallur District, for 10 years, where he successfully led several community development initiatives focused on rural infrastructure, education, health, sanitation, environmental conservation, and livelihood enhancement.
Under his visionary leadership, IPDA has grown into a trusted non-profit organization committed to improving the lives of vulnerable communities. The organization places special emphasis on the protection and development of children, ensuring that every child has access to education, healthcare, safety, and equal opportunities. IPDA believes that promoting and protecting children's rights is both a social responsibility and a reflection of its commitment to human dignity, compassion, and service.
